Adopted scheme · takes effect on 1 January 2027
On 13 October 2026, SIRI announced that the Collective Agreement Scheme will take effect on 1 January 2027. The scheme may provide a residence and work permit where annual salary is at least DKK 322,000 (2026 level), the position is covered by a collective agreement, the applicant is a citizen of one of the 16 listed countries, and the employer is certified. SIRI expects certification applications to open in early December 2026, but processing will begin only when the scheme takes effect. New application pages will follow.
